History Blogs
We now have over 50 history blogs online, exploring some of the more overlooked and forgotten aspects of British history. Rather than simply copying information from other sites, we focus on topics that have been poorly covered, inaccurately reported, or largely ignored. Our research spans a wide range of subjects, including holiday camps, tourist attractions, and historic hotels. We take pride in starting from scratch, using trusted sources, firsthand accounts, old newspapers, vintage guidebooks, photographs, and anything else we can uncover. We don’t use AI, all blogs are written by humans. New blogs are published every few weeks, so if there’s a topic you’d like us to explore, feel free to get in touch!
