Welcome to Retro Stock Photography. By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) and purchasing products from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Site or making any purchases.

By accessing and using Retro Stock Photography, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies or guidelines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

3. Products

Retro Stock Photography offers digital downloads and canvas prints of vintage photography taken between the 1950s and 1990s. All downloads are licensed on a royalty-free basis . Details of the license can be found here

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for our products, but we do not guarantee that the descriptions are error-free. The colors and details of prints may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and the production process.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices for products on the Site are listed in US Dollars. Prices may be subject to change at any time without notice, and all purchases will be charged according to the current price at the time of checkout. We accept payments via Credit Card and Paypal.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once a digital download has been completed. We only deal with vintage images which were taken on film, which by its very nature may be subject to small dust spots or other minor imperfections. Please review the preview image before purchasing.
• Canvas Prints: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will offer a full refund if you’re not entirely happy. If there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping we will happily send you another print. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss the issue.

If you wish to cancel an order before it is processed, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Digital Downloads: Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a link to download the purchased image(s).
• Canvas Prints: Canvas prints will normally be shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times depend on your location. Customers in the USA and UK generally receive their print within 7 to 10 days. Other countries make take longer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services, customs, or other external factors.

7. Account Security

If you create an account with Retro Stock Photography, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All images, content, and materials on this Site are owned by Retro Stock Photography, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Retro Stock Photography provides the Site and its products on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of the images or other products available through the Site.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Retro Stock Photography be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased from us, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan USA. Any legal action or proceeding under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
